Well if you are living in 2009 – and my guess is if you are from earth you are well aware that we are in 2009 then you know how it is to see guys with tattoos – now my question to you is do you think Tattoos are classy or trashy? I personally like Tattoos and have few on me as well. One thing I don’t like is when people flaunt their tattoos like its Gods gift to humanity – to me, Tattoos are a form of art and if you don’t go overboard they can be sexy, classy and give you a little spice – Girls Love Tattoos on guys (but you should not do it for that reason) I remember when I was 14 and got my first tattoo – that was over 15 years ago and when I got that most people viewed me as some thug or criminal confused kid – I wasn’t that bad but like most kids who grew up in Los Angeles I did have some association with gangs and trouble makers – the cops treated me different (bad) because of my small tattoo – I got harassed by my family, school and even the law for my tattoo – I understand I was underage when I got it but that continued till I was in my 20s… What has changed since then ? a lot. I have friends now days who are CEO’s, successful business guys and some are just pot heads – but where I’m trying to get at is tattooing and getting a tattoo has become acceptable in most circles. That’s good news for the rest of us who do have tattoos and are not criminals or gang members – I personally believe that more and more people will get Tattoos and the tattoo revolution will grow and people will eventually stop discrimination against guys who have tattoos.

What tattoos are the best ?
Well it all matters to what you like and what you don’t like. I personally love religious tattoos and tribal designs. I have a tribal tattoo on my arm which is over 8 inches long and about 10 inch wide – I have another tattoo of Jesus on my chest – will I get more? not at the moment but who knows maybe next year or in 10 years – I’m currently very happy and love both of my tattoos and will not overdue my tattoos as I would like to keep a professional look as well since I’m not in entertainment or a rap star

So if you are over 18 and wanted a tattoo, make the right choice and take your time in choosing a design and finding the right artist to do the job. Remember, the tattoo will be on your forever so it is very important not to find the cheapest tattoo artist but the best! And when you do decide on a design, before getting the tattoo seat back for a minute and imagine if you are 70 years old if you will feel the same way about it— if not, then think of something else to mark by ink forever. If your father or mother or any loved one has passed away, you can always put RIP and or similar tattoos in their remembrance – you can get footprints and put birth date of your child under it – as you may already know there are tons of good and meaningful tattoos that you probably won’t regret you ever got so be wise and do not overdue – you don’t want to look like someone who just stepped out of the penitentiary.

Dressing well is not just about wearing expensive suits. Your choice of dress is really important for you. Your dress can not only make you look good but it can also help you to hide your physical flaws. So, if you are extra ordinarily short, just a few simple things in the choice of your dress can make you look tall and handsome. Similarly, if you are too fat, keeping in mind some basic dressing tips can help you to look lean and smart. Here are some basic tips for men for choosing the right sort of dress according to their physique.

Tips for tall men:

If you are tall, the first most important thing that you should keep in mind is that you should never wear vertical striped shirts. Shirts having horizontal strips should work well for you. If you are not only tall but also lean, you should not wear tight shirts and jeans. Even baggy dress will not work for you. You should wear relatively fit shirts with wide collars and you pants should extend through out your length. In winter, sweaters would be an excellent choice for you but it should not be tight. You should also avoid suits with three buttons because they make you look even taller. One or two buttoned suits should be a better choice. As far as colors are concerned, try not to wear dark colors. It will make you look taller. Using a combination of colors in your dressing is also good for tall guys.

Tips for short men:

If you are short in height, you should not wear long jackets and shirts with wide sleeves. If you don’t want to look short, you should prefer wearing shirts with vertical stripes but keep in mind that the stripes should not be very wide. As far as colors are concerned, you should prefer black and dark colors because they will make you feel tall. Wear suits that have two or three buttons and keep the first button open. As far as ties are concerned, using small knots in ties is also a good dressing technique for short guys.

Tips for fat men

The most important thing that overweight guys should do is to make people look at your face rather than your tummy. Many dressing tips can help you in that. Wearing shirts with pointed collars can help a bit. Belts should be avoided instead you can use braces. You should prefer dark colors in your dressings but the fabric should be thin. Vertical stripes can also make a big difference in your looks. Never wear shirts with horizontal or diagonal stripes.

Tips for thin men

Never wear skin fitting clothes. The other thing you should not do is to wear long and loose shirts. Always prefer short jackets over long jackets. Just as overweight men should use thin fabric clothes, similarly thin guys should wear thick and heavy clothes. Try to avoid vertical stripes because they will make you look even thinner. Horizontal and diagonal stripes in shirts can help you a bit. As far as pants are concerned, you should prefer pants with flat fronts. Try to avoid jeans especially skin fitting jeans.

These are some of the most simple and basic tips that every man should know. So, whenever you go for shopping next time, keep these simple things in mind and choose your dress accordingly.

Do you control the stress in your life or does the stress control you? Too many men are unaware of how much stress they are actually under in today’s society. After all, men are typically still labeled as ‘heads of the household’ and they are expected, mostly from themselves, to buck-up and keep pressing onward through life’s demands of work and family. Their fathers seemed to hold it all together fine. Their friends and co-workers look as though they are coping well. So most men will ignore stress and continue to live an unhealthy lifestyle that will eventually catch up with them. In this article, let us identify the risk factors of having too much stress and start to gain a healthy control over our lives.

Stress affects individuals differently. Studies have proven that we all are exposed to higher stress levels than we recognize. This stress causes blood pressure levels to elevate, headaches and migraines appear more often and muscle tension increases. These effects of stress cause us to become tense, edgy and irritable. Most men and women alike will share these typical stress symptoms and most will usually take a pain reliever. Some may even choose to have an alcoholic beverage to relieve the tension.

Although headaches and migraines are typical when the body is going through stress, other aspects include lack of sleep, improper eating habits and lack of exercise. These are well known characteristics of an unhealthy and stress-filled lifestyle. All of these contributing factors will surely lead to bigger issues down the road if they are not addressed. Many men will suffer from numerous health problems due to ignoring their health. Once we realize that we fit this unhealthy profile, it is time to address each factor that is detrimental to your overall health.

Proper nutrition is paramount to better your health. Getting the nutrition our bodies crave doesn’t need to be as difficult as we may think. It does not mean you will never get to eat a cheeseburger with fries again, just not as often or prepared a different way. Too many meals are taken on the run and are usually some type of fast food or a quick preparation meal. Constant intakes of this type of eating will boost body fats to high levels and does not provide the needed nutrients and vitamins. An imbalance of vitamins and minerals will eventually lead to lethargy and not provide adequate energy needed to perform your normal daily tasks. Avoiding food products that contain unhealthy oils, fat and sugar is key. Consumption of alcohol and caffeine in moderation are not detrimental, however excess of these items can affect your overall health.

Exercise is imperative in helping you deal with stress. It’s important to walk away from your desk at work and go for a nice brisk walk. Walking is simple enough to do, but are you doing it? Getting up and stretching a little or getting some fresh air is simply not enough. Although stretching and fresh air are certainly good for you, it is much better when combined with the pumping of your heart. Walking briskly will also clear your head and pump blood throughout your body. Fifteen or twenty minutes of walking is all it takes and you’ll return to your work with a new attitude. Try to take a nightly walk at home as well. Walking can also provide good quality time to share with your loved ones as well, and it’s free.

Although we must work in order to provide for others and ourselves, we need to establish reasonable limits and expectations. Time management and organization will aid in making your work hours more efficient and productive. Prioritize tasks and daily needs by order of importance and time frames. Attempt to complete assignments in a realistic time frame. Although we can seldom avoid last minute schedule changes or assignments, try not to let it disrupt your entire day. Establish reasonable expectations for yourself.

Oftentimes we need to say “no” when asked to add unreasonable demands on our time. Unfortunately, many men largely define themselves by their work and accomplishments. Should you choose to seek it, it is possible to create realistic balances between your work and personal time. It is a change you will need to take control of and better your quality of life.

Our lives often become dictated by time, there is too much to do and not enough time to accomplish everything. A stressful lifestyle not only cheats us of a fulfilling life, it cheats our families and loved ones as well. Start providing them with the best “you” possible and take the necessary measures in controlling the stress in your life now.

Dating can be a difficult road to travel these days. It can be nerve wracking and disappointing but at the same time so much fun and exciting. Follow these simple tips below to land yourself a great girl who wants to be known as yours.

1. The first thing most women look at when they notice a man is how he looks. Not so much if he’s the hottest guy in the room, but more of his hygiene. Hygiene is extremely important to women. Make sure that you are freshly showered, smell good, teeth brushed, clean shaven if that is your look, hair combed, and clothes looking nice, not wrinkled and shaggy. You will not attract a nice girl if you are not looking your best. Make it a habit to be that good looking man that walks into the club or the bar, wherever it is you are going.

2. Work on that personality. A lot of girls are first attracted to a man with a sense of humor. One that is naturally funny. Usually a sense of humor is placed over good looks when it comes to what women are attracted to in a man. Make your humor of a good nature. Do not make your first impression by making a bad, crude joke that will turn a girl off from the get go.

3. Get those compliments rolling. A girl always likes to get compliments, especially from an attractive man. Keep it minimal though. A couple compliments throughout the night is great. If you give too many you may end up looking desperate and actually have the lady feeling uncomfortable.

4. Learn how to carry on a conversation. Let the lady know a little bit about you without revealing your whole life story. Give them a little taste of who you are and what they can expect from you if they see you again. Do not be the one who talks the whole time. Allow the girl to give you some insight into her also. Take the time to actually listen to what she is telling you and let her know that you really do hear her. Body language is key here. Lean in to her and make eye contact.

5. Above all, be a gentleman. Do not be the type of guy that comes on so strong with a women the first time you meet her that you freak her out. Take the time to get to know her and give her the time to become comfortable with you. Stay away from taking advantage of her. If she makes the first move you be the one to stop it when it gets to a certain point. This lets her know loud and clear that you are not a jerk and you really do like her. When a girl thinks you are only about that booty call, most likely you will not be seeing her again.

These are only some tips to follow. There are many more things you can do when it comes to getting a girlfriend, as every women is different and likes different things. Just try to find that girl that makes you feel good and in turn you can do the same for her without compromising who you are or making her feel uncomfortable and wanting to run as fast as she can. Make her feel like she never wants to leave, but remember to keep it real.

Being alert is one of the key points in fire prevention. For instance, it is wise to keep flammable substance at least three feet away from the stove when you’re cooking. Roll up your sleeves and make sure that your apron is properly tied and no lose ends or cloth lying around not to touch the flames. Gather your long hair to a ponytail and if you are cooking barbecue and you need more grill to cook with, place the grill ten feet away from the house, and do not leave it unattended, if you need to step away from the grill, make sure that you still have the grill in sight’s view.

Keeping your home warm in the winter. One of the many causes of fire is the fireplaces and heaters, that needs to take precautions. The screen on your fireplace is not just there for decoration, but used to prevent the sparks from the flames from flying out. Do not store your log or any type of flammable materials near the fireplace. Creosote build-up on your chimney can also cause to start a fire, and doing an annual cleaning on the chimney is another preventive maintenance.

Another kind of fire hazard is the space heaters. Combustible materials need to be kept 3 feet away from the heaters, and don’t use extension cords with the space heaters; it may not be able to contain the electrical current and could melt the extension cords. You need to be especially cautious with kerosene space heaters, never leave it unattended, and secure that the heater is placed on a level surface. Properly follow manual operating procedure for added precaution.

Minimize the damage that fire can bring on your home by making a fire exit plan; this step can save lives, including your pets. Installing smoke detectors at least two smoke detectors on every floor and your room is a primary step, frequently checking the batteries and replace them once a year.

Learn how to properly use the fire extinguisher. Teach each members of your family how to use the fire extinguisher in case of fire emergencies. Even though there is no other way we can prevent a fire from happening, these easy steps is a sure way to give your family the best chance of survival from this kind of emergency.
